COMMUNITY SUPPORT
There is overwhelming support among Texans for the Tribe’s right to operate Naskila Gaming. When the U.S. Congress was considering legislation in 2019 and 2020 to keep Naskila open, more than 70 civic, community, and business groups approved formal statements in support of Naskila. This bipartisan support from elected officials and other community leaders reflects support among the public.
